The process.

We start with a discovery call to go through all the details and requirements, make sure we’re a good fit and on the same page.

The contract is signed and project kick-off is scheduled. While you assemble the copy content and assets, I’ll start designing the site plan.

All the assets we’ve created and collected have been assembled and are ready to be put into action. This is where it all comes together.

The first draft of the site is complete and ready for review. You’ll receive a link to your site and see how it’s all coming together so far.

This is the revision stage. Let’s make sure everything is done, done right and we’ve created something we can be proud of.

Launch day! Your new site is complete and ready to take on the world. We’ll do a final walk-through and make sure you know how to use all the features of your new site.

FAQ

  • A 25% deposit of the total project price is required to book your project and reserve your project start date. 50% of the project price is due on the date or your scheduled project start date. The remaining 25% percent of the total project price is due at the end of the project and before full ownership of the website is handed over to you.

  • Bookings depend on how full our project calendar is at your time of booking but most projects can be scheduled to start within 4-6 weeks. A deposit must be received to confirm and reserve your place in the project calendar.

  • I take a limited number of bookings at a time to make sure each project gets the attention it deserves. Whether my team is creating your branding and/or copy or you are providing all assets yourself, projects start dates are planned to start after all website assets and content is assembled so I have all of the pieces of the design puzzle before I start to design and build your website.

  • A ‘Section’ is one block of content on your webpage. You can think of it as one paragraph. It is separate from the content before and after but a continuation of the overall message. Sections often contain an image, a CTA (Call to Action) button, and, up to 300 words.

    ’Pages’ are full pages on your website made up of sections. This includes things like your primary landing page, services page, contact page, etc. One page can contain up to 20,000 words and up to 50 images. Pages exceeding a 20,000-word count and image count will be considered as a second page. Each additional page will be determined by word count.
